Every piece is made to order in Greece and is typically prepared within 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped worldwide via FedEx Express, with estimated delivery times shown at checkout.

Complimentary shipping is available on orders over €150. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order pieces and earrings are non-returnable. To request a return, contact info@gemntonic.com with your order number before sending the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as ordered.
